We are talking about Bubble and Frown where some outstanding headpieces, hats, veils, and hair accessories, that look like right out of the weirdest Tim Burton's "dreamscapes" are offered in one of the strangest  from humorous to nightmarish... Very fitting with the crafter name "Bubble and Frown"

My favorite items are the veils... This would be such a match for my moth-dress (remember the beautiful pretty dress I was endorsed by El Costurero Real that published in fae magazine this autumn!!??), though it would give it a bit of widow, spider mood... (thought a bit of Krull movie) I'd love one of this in black but I love these color too because it's very natural-insect like and just match a dress I have so perfectly!!... Well I'll have to yearn for this quite a while... it's just impressive!

and this one for a  moth dress too... infinitive possibilities...! And just perfect just in this color for it... There are other horned equeally lovely!

Also for my Steampunk Victorian friends I know some would love this little accessory cos it's just so cool... and so sexy for a pirate patch!!

The highlight of the website are the "dragon bundles". Though you can  buy the wings, gloves, dragon tail and mask separately they have also the matching bundles for a very affordable price in a set of different colors.

but they also have wings of different kind of mythological creatures from dragon to fairies, winged, still I think the best option of this website are the dragon, bat /vampire  and gargoyle-type ones, and you can order them in custom in most of the models. They look very comfortable and easy to wear having an adjustable hook-and-loop (similar to Velcro®) tie straps for support and comfort.

There are a few and upcoming fairy balls in England... lucky country that has quite a wealth of them during the year so you can can move from to the other with your very  best fairy garments...!!

Next date is Brighton and Hove Faerie Ball is organized by the Magical Times magazine and will feature bands like "The Dolmen" and "Inkubus sukkubus"   . More info and ticket information at www.thefairyball.co.uk
The Ball takes place friday  at Hove Town Hall (Brighton, East Sussex) and tickets are 20 pounds but then there comes also a weekend fayre with a fee entry as low as 2 pounds  with free live music, workshops and over 50 stalls in the e Faerie Market area.

They are all so natural looking, so wearable and look so comfortable... informal but totally cool and uniqueI could wear this kind of things EVERY DAY.... Here in Spain probably it will drive some looks but I  also as i started to make things myself it's really so inspiring with all those tiny little pieces and laces... :)

I also find the armor pieces really sexy in guy's fantasy costumes... I saw Martin self with a custom armor made for the 3 faery wishes festival and it was really an impressive piece of art!

Aside of a selection of  isis wings in high quality (taffeta, silk, organza) as well as a selection of smaller sizes for kids. Dancing wings feature a colorful and vibrant collection. I saw them live in faerieworlds festival a couple of years back when we coincided (I was there as performer) and felt very tempted and inclined by then. Recently I stopped in their site again and found their lovely chiffon silk wings (picture below in the article) and felt in love with them! sigh!

Among all the items listed in Dancing Wings page I need to highlight Silk chiffon cloud wings, without folds they departure  a bit from the classical belly dancing and tribal look of the isis wings, these appear to be flowing, diaphanous and almost ghostly and will do also for other feeric and ghostly shoots.

They really look like floating around your body and I bet you can get awesome effects for photography and your garment wether or not you intend to dance with them or not. Simply  from another world (I wouldn't mind to try these on stage one day). The photography aside shows like the proper illumination can make these outstanding for a performing show. I do love them., Dancing wings have had the courtesy to send me a sample and I'm dying to spin with them. I'd say it will be a highlight of our next show, add some fog, great to project images on it, and to catch the color of the stage lights... Even if i'm not very good dancer I think they´ll do for me... I'll be a dancing ghost... or a dancing fairy in the mist!  Looking forward too to make a shoot in the snow next winter, they´re pure and white...!

As a curiosity I'll mention that Dancing Wing's partner site is Songbird Ocarinas, yes they make pretty instruments too, and they have some shaped as bones  or a dragon tooth so it matches perfectly the "fantasy" air of the wings site.

Metamorph is a store that features a collection of items and accessories that will delight anyone with a darker edge. From lovely spats for your steampunk or victorian, circus or burlesque  dress (and believe, shoes are always so difficult to customize!!!) to corsets (both under and overbust), delicate vintage lace gloves, feather chokers, leather collars and gauntlets and more... Some items have a spice of retrofuturistic yet  with a gothic and victorian style, above it all it features a collection of exquisite ideas with that sexy vintage feeling! Some of the items are made to order but they have reasonable  time schedules for that.

Leather claw gauntlets. I want these for my bandmates when performing... they're way cool and so theatrical!.

Below some example of "spats" that were primarily worn in the late XIX and early XX century it was a classic shoe accessory covering the instep and ankle of the boots)., Very useful for your Steampunk/Victorian/vintage dresses. You can tell them also a custom measure around your ankle to make sure they fit. It's so easy to find the right shoes for vintage garments that this is an excellent option to do so.

There are also other kind of accessories like gloves and belts

 I love this "thorns and rose" belt, which can be used also as necklace or headband. The length is approximately 110 cm. and the rose has a diameter of about 10 cm. I know a  fellow friend of mine that would freak out with this one. I see it also very suitable for bellydance as it can  direct attention precisely to that area and it has a spice of tribal too.
One of the things I'd pick right away as useful (maybe because I'm portrayed as raven in half of my shows) are these versatile little wings/choker/feat
 

I love this one that you can also wear by the way as a choker!! Very suitable for those ones wanting to portray a raven, and suitable for lots of styles from barbarian and tribal  to modern. It's made of gorgeous iridescent coque feathers are placed on the shoulders with leather strips, that can be adjusted with buckles. With the feathers reversed the shrug looks like puffed sleeves.

but then ohhh the corsets! Just have a look! wish I could fit so nicely as the models though LOL!
